In clinical practice, EndeavorRx is indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention issue. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (Test of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx should be considered for use as part of a therapeutic program that may include: clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs, which further address symptoms of the disorder. It is not intended as a stand-alone therapeutic, nor is it a substitute for your child’s medication. The most common side effects observed in children in EndeavorRx clinical trials was a feeling of frustration, as the game can be quite challenging at times. No serious adverse events were observed with its use.

EndeavorRx requires a prescription from your child’s healthcare provider. You should contact your child’s healthcare provider and review the important indications, safety, and cautions in the Instructions for Use before deciding on using the EndeavorRx treatment. EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week for at least 4 consecutive weeks or as directed by your child’s healthcare provider. At the end of the 4 week treatment period, your child may benefit from additional treatment, as directed by your child’s healthcare provider.

If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea, or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your child’s healthcare provider before resuming.

EndeavorRx may not be appropriate for patients with photo-sensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict use of a mobile device; caregivers should consult with their child’s healthcare provider.
